4 problems in Reaper I can't fix

Instead of spamming all over the forum, I'm asking about 4 problems in one thread: 1. I want to set the mousewheel to scroll the arranger view / tracklist up and down, just like when you slide the scrollbar on the right side of the window up/down. Problem is ‘vertical scroll up’ and ‘vertical scroll down’ are 2 different actions in the action list, while “mousewheel” is regarded as only 1 input. I can’t seem to address 1 input to 2 different actions, without overriding the 1st one first. So I end up being able to scroll in one direction only with the mousewheel. (And today, I can’t even find the vertical scroll actions in the actions list again, can’t remember their names either :S) Can this be done in some way? 2. I have an M-Audio Axiom keyboard, and I’d like to connect the play-button on the keyboard with the play-function in reaper (along with other transport button functions). I have good knowledge about MIDI CC and advanced control data, but I’m not sure where inside Reaper to look for the setting up of this functionality. 3. Unless I’m mistaken, the general outline of the track layout was selectable, under “Track > Set Track Layout > Submenus”, correct? If so, then those submenus has disappeard for me. Now there’s only 1 option called “Default” there. Perhaps I have accidently enabled some setting that I didn’t intend to. But I can’t find out how to get to select the track layouts again. 4. The transport button ‘Toggle repeat’ doesn’t respond to the key I want it on: number-pad slash button. The key is addressed to the correct action. The number-pad slash button is not addressed to any other action, the action ‘Toggle repeat’ control is not addressed to any other key. I've tried using number lock on and off as well, and the key on the keyboard works just fine (new keyboard too). However, controlling ‘Toggle Repeat’ from many other buttons (not all) does work. Why is this, what’s Reaper got against my new fine slash key? I would really like Repeat on number pad slash key. Looking for some assistance Thanks in advance Oh btw: I stumbled on this otherworldly key command: ALT GR+Arrow Down (using Win8). What in heaven’s name does that command do?? It turns my entire screen upside down and seems to mirror the image too :S Could this be some Reaper easter egg or whatever?

I think that option is for the Australians and New Zealanders.... Pretty crazy, huh?

As far as mouse wheel scrolling the tracks up and down it works as long as the mouse cursor is over the control area in the track control area., CTRL and scroll in the same area will zoom the track in or out vertically.
